These audits have been developed by Health and Safety experts from across Canada and endorsed by various Provincial Governments and Industry Groups.
We do recommend using either of these audits as a base to determine your level of compliance and provide a frame work for your Health & Safety Management System (HSMS).
We can conduct an onsite/worksite review or a table top document review to determine your current status in the Greater Toronto Area. A final report with a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) would be part of the deliverable.
Pricing would be determined by the size and scope of the audit based on our day rate of $1250.00 - small business audits start at just $500.00
CUSTOM DESIGNED GAP AUDITS
We can conduct a physical inspection of your worksites, review documentation, policies and procedures, incident investigations and corrective actions, inspections and safety committee minutes. Site visits/inspections to complete audits of your Health & Safety Management System (HSMS) We have the skills and experience to add value to your worksites.
The Ontario Occupation Health & Safety Act Section 25.(2)(i) Duties of Employers: Prepare and review at least annually a written occupational health and safety policy and develop and maintain a program to implement the policy.
We recommend that this process be document and that an audit of your Health & Safety Management System and Workplace be held at least annually by an external third party.
